Product Exchange Policy

Defective Products:

  • If you purchased a defective product, just fill out the form here or contact us to let us know within 24 hours from your purchase and we will come back to exchange for free.
  • If we are notified more than 24 hours but no later than 30 days from your purchase, we will be happy to review your case and exchange it upon your next order.
  • All defective products must be exchanged for the same type of product and value.
  • No refunds. Due to abusive behavior towards our lenient policy, refunds will no longer be allowed. 

Non-Defective Products:

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase or ordered the wrong item, not a problem! Notified us within 24 hours from your purchase and we will gladly review your case and exchange it upon your next order.
  • Product must be in new condition.
  • No refunds. Due to abusive behavior towards our lenient policy, refunds will no longer be allowed. 

Promotional or Giveaway Products:

  • We cannot exchange or refund and promotional or giveaway products, whether they are defective or non-defective.

Vaporizers and Cartridges:

  • This type of products typically have more issues than others. Please test your products as soon as you receive them.
  • Try troubleshooting your product before requesting for an exchange.
 

Missed Delivery Policy

  • Driver will notify you of their ETA when they are on the way with your order. A second notification will be sent to you 5 minutes before arrival. Once driver arrives, you have a 5 minute window to receive your delivery. After your window has passed, Rolling Up reserves the right to move onto the next delivery. Following this policy allows us to keep our delivery time low. 
  • If we are unable to get in touch with you for over 5 minutes, we reserve the right to send your order with our next driver or the following day if its passed business hours.
* Please have your government issued ID and payment ready. Keep your phone by your side after you have ordered so we don't miss you! 

Terms and Conditions

  • You must be a verified member of Rolling Up by signing up here before we can process your order.
  • Your order must meet the minimum amount for delivery (after discounts and promo codes) before it can be processed.
  • We stop accepting first time patients 30 minutes before closing. If this happens, we may need to ask you to reschedule your delivery and get verified the following the day. Please help us avoid this by getting verified at least 1 hour before closing.
  • If we are unable to get in touch with you for over 5 minutes, we reserve the right to send your order with our next driver or the following day if its passed business hours.
  • Rolling Up operates in a professional and discreet manner. Please adhere to the formality.
