Product Exchange

Defective Products:

  • If you purchased a defective product, just fill out the form below or call us to let us know within 24 hours from your purchase and we will come back to exchange it free of charge.
  • If we are notified more than 24 hours but no later than 30 days from your purchase, we will be happy to review your case and exchange it upon your next order.
  • All defective products must be exchanged for the same type of product and value.
  • No refunds. Due to abusive behavior towards our lenient policy, refunds will no longer be allowed. 

Non-Defective Products:

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase or ordered the wrong item, not a problem! Notified us within 24 hours from your purchase and we will gladly review your case and exchange it upon your next order.
  • Product must be in new condition, unopened.
  • No refunds. Due to abusive behavior towards our lenient policy, refunds will no longer be allowed. 

Promotional or Giveaway Products:

  • We cannot exchange or refund and promotional or giveaway products, whether they are defective or non-defective.

Vaporizers and Cartridges:

  • This type of products typically have more issues than others. Please test your products as soon as you receive them.
  • Please try troubleshooting your product before requesting for an exchange.
