How do I order?
You need to first get verified and become a member. This can be done by filling out our First Time Patient Form online or by phone.
After you have submitted your information, you may place a web order or call us to place your order.

Please keep in mind that valid ID is required upon delivery.
What do I need to become a member?
To become a member and purchase recreational cannabis, you must be 21 years of age or older with valid government issued photo identification e.g. driver's license, identification card, or passport.
To become a member and purchase medical cannabis, you must be at least 18 years of age with a valid California Medical Marijuana Recommendation. If you do not have a CMMR, but meet the age requirement, you may sign up online or by phone in just a few minutes! Click here to get a medical recommendation.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to over 100 cities in Southern California. From the greater Los Angeles County to Orange County to San Bernardino County. Some of the main cities include Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, San Fernando Valley, Long Beach, San Gabriel Valley, South Gate, Santa Ana, Westminster, Anaheim, Irvine, Pasadena, West Covina, Arcadia, Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Riverside, Corona, and surrounding areas. Where can I receive my delivery?
We do not deliver to places with minors in public, schools, daycare centers, government buildings, or religious sites and such..
How long will my delivery take?
Depending on where you are located and our order queue at the time you place your order, your delivery will arrive anywhere between 30-90 minutes.
Do you accept card or other forms of payment?
No, we are cash only.
What is your minimum order for delivery?
Our minimum order amount is $40. Order minimum must be met after all discounts or promo codes are applied.
Are there First Time Patient Deals?
All first time patients can choose to receive 10% off or 3 free pre rolls. If your order amount is over $100 you can choose 2 free grams of flowers instead of pre rolls. Order minimum must be met after all discounts or promo codes are applied.
Does Rolling Up offer discounts or loyalty programs?
Yes, we offer compassionate discount for any patient with a hardship, seniors, veterans, and active military personnel. You can click here to learn more and apply for a discount.
We also offer several other loyalty programs that any member of Rolling Up can participate in. We have a loyalty points system that allows you to redeem products from our store. Can I exchange a defective product?
We want all of our patients to be happy with their purchase. That is why we have the Rolling Up Guarantee. Visit our exchange request form page for more information. We are unable to exchange or refund any free promotional or giveaway products.
I am 18 years old and dont have a Doctor's Recommendation, can I still order?
We cannot serve you if you are under 21 years of age without a doctor's recommendation. To become a medical marijuana patient you can set up an appointment with your personal physician or you can have a virtual doctor's visit through NuggMD. The whole process take less than 30 minutes and the cost is $39 through here. They are available 7 days a week 8am-10pm.
