How to Make CBD Blueberry Granola

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Granola is one of those food items that’s so easy to buy that you never think to make it yourself. You can substitute the oil in this recipe for some canna-coconut oil. Granola can be used to top your yogurt. One of the things about store bought granola is that it can contain extra sugar that your body doesn’t need. Follow this recipe for a fresh batch of CBD blueberry granola at home: 


2 cups of old fashioned oats

¼ cup of dried organic blueberries

½ cup of brown sugar

½ teaspoon of salt

¼ teaspoon of cinnamon 

⅓ cup of coconut oil

10 drops of CBD oil 

2 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, dried blueberries, and coconut flakes
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut oil, honey, and granulated sugar and cook just until all of the sugar is dissolved
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and CBD oil
  5. Pour liquid mixture over the oats and mix well
  6. Spread oats in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, rotating halfway through, until granola starts to turn golden brown
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks
